Undead Death Knight
Ironically, my undead death knight is not super into the "skulls and bones" aesthetic of most of the death knight sets. Instead, I wanted to go with an "executioner" vibe, which I think I accomplished here. The result is a little more minimal, a little sleeker, a little more medieval looking. For full commit you'd want to go with one of the scythe-like axe or polearm models, but Armageddon just fit the set so well and looks so freaking awesome I couldn't resist using it!

Undead Warlock
Per request, here's my stab at a Forsaken warlock! I wanted to go for something plague-y, as opposed to demon-y, and I'm quite happy with how it came out. The only thing I might fiddle with is the off-hand -- I think I would have preferred a tome with a purple glow, as opposed to trying to match the very minimal green in the outfit. You'll also note that I've started adding recommended enchants to weapons, and noting it in the set breakdown below. The enchant was pretty important in this set, but I'll probably keep doing this going forward.

Undead Mage
I've been picky about transmog sets for my undead mage Ghislain for a while, wanting an outfit that was evocative of Warcraft liches. Aesthetically, I also wanted gloves (not sleeves), and to find equipment models that didn't clip obnoxiously, which can be hard with the undead model's posture. I finally settled on this set, which I like quite a lot. The dark colors, icy accents, and sinister staff look lich-like, while the matching Tier 8 shoulders and gloves hint at his being a powerful wizard in life. The tattered cloak also gives an appropriate sense of rot and decay. The result is the powerful and sinister Forsaken lich you see here.
Edit 4/7: After collecting everything but the staff, I didn't love how this looked in-game. I've decided I can let the bulky gloves go, and am shooting for this outfit now.
